What if I'm not ready for a live session yet?+

You're always ready — that's the whole point of a free demo. Your tutor starts wherever you are. Even complete beginners with zero knowledge leave the first session having learned something real.

What platform are sessions held on?+

Sessions are conducted over video call — Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp Video, based on your preference. No special software needed. If you can video call, you're all set.

How long are regular sessions?+

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. You can also opt for 45-minute or 90-minute sessions based on your preference and energy levels. Kids often do well with 45-minute sessions.

Can I switch tutors later?+

Absolutely, and with zero awkwardness. Just let our team know and we'll handle the transition — including making sure your new tutor is fully briefed on where you are in your learning journey.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+

Reschedule any session with 12 hours' notice — no penalty, no drama. Life happens, and we build that flexibility in from the start.
